We are a network of gamers and entertainers, including musicians, gamers, youtubers, artists and some other non specific stuff. We generally want to provide a community for everyone to enjoy... anyone What do we do? We try to recruit small to medium youtubers and entertainers to join us, this way we can share our existing network with them, and their fans can join ours; therefore bringing more and more people with possibly different general interests together! We are able to supply our partners with some resources including web hosting and game server backing, as well as the community. In addition as part of our self sustaining system, we offer discounted minecraft servers to our community hosted on our very own box. With our resources being monitored internally, we ensure that resource hogs are removed, meaning we provide the best speeds that we can with the resources available. In addition, we also sustain ourself through our premium system. All donations directed via the premium system offer access to our premium features. This includes an exclusive minecraft server, teamspeak channel and extra features on our main (public) minecraft server. These features are subject to have additional features added later on! Hey all, We have upgraded the public server to 1.1. Almost everything went fairly smoothly, as usual the major plugins changed their formatting and we had to spend hours converting... GOD DA** Through everything, we have what seems to be a fairly stable server now (When minecraft plays nice). There are a few changes I want to note down; It is now easier for me to move people between ranks, meaning easier for me to keep the premium system running smoothly. The Builder rank is no more VIP rank has been added, same permissions as Premium (For now!) - If you are a lifetime VIP you will be moved into this group upon request. Other VIP's include those who have helped us out greatly (Corinth, Paderson) and of course our special guests (Basalisk, Amarielle etc) The door bug (Where you placed a block near a door and it broke the double door, or simply opened 1 door) is now fixed! Any user who didnt come across in their group needs to contact me asap. This includes mods / premiums / vips Please report all bugs immediatly, if anyone is found abusing bugs or glitches, they face the possibility of permant jail. We hope you enjoy the server, and hope that 1.1 can bring some nice changes. (Door Bug fixed wooooo!)

Any user who purchases premium (Excluding the Week Trial) will be entered into the competition. This includes upgrades to current premium subscriptions as well as anyone who purchased lifetime within the last 3 months. What Can I Win? We have decided for you to pick your prize! You may select any game off of steam up to $50.00 Value!. It may only be 1 game (not multiple cheaper ones) or a steam pack of some sort that is configured by steam. Premiums will be given their own server, they will get to choose to extend it a month or go to a new game. This server will not be anything to do with the normal server.

As many know, Bukkit still has not updated to a stable version, however we have many of the plugins running in a decent state on the server. As part of the final testing I will test WorldGuard and other security essentials ready for final release. Final release will require users who want to continue to play on the server to agree to a set of rules and quote the passcode to me directly via PM saying they agree. This is to prevent griefing, anyone breaking the rules will be, within the first 2 weeks of the stable server going online, banned permanently. After the first 2 weeks we will resume normal operations as before 1.7.3 went down, this means warns and jail time before a ban. Why are we being so strict? To reinforce that the real server is NOT a griefing zone. It will not be tolerated as it has now. 1. I will not be rude to moderators or admins. 2. I will not be rude to general members and attempt to ruin their enjoyment of the game by attacking them personally in game. 3. I will no grief or steal others items or attempt to kill them while they are trying to build. 4. I agree that theft or griefing may result in a ban for myself. 5. I agree to any future rules posted up in the server forum or on the server itself. These rules and possibly more will be reposted and you will be asked to agree to them. At that stage is when the whitelist will be enforced for a couple of weeks. UPDATE: The server has been updated with almost all intended plugins. It should now be usable, for security reasons we are remaining in test mode to ensure that it works. Assuming mods dont starting failing, this WILL be the world we stay on. Hello again all! Today we have a special announcement! As Team Fortress 2 has become free to play, and after getting into it with a bunch of 2G1M Staff and fans, we have decided to release a small server for the game. All information is at the top of each page. As it stands we have the full rotation of maps, but if people dont like them and want to vote to remove them, we can work on that to. We do intend to mod the server up including a full group system (Although i need to research and find the mods, god its been so long!) and make it all good lookin' and stuffs! In the meantime, if there is anyone hacking or harassing, the only way we can help is if you post screenshots in the reports forum. Well, I hope you all enjoy, feel free to post screenshots in the new TF2 Section and use the TeamSpeak for voice, again all server info at the top of the page!

Nope, thats a general rule which gets you banned from all 2G1M resources if you are a repeat offender. I have covered this in a seperate topic.

Unfortunately we cannot upgrade the main server, and it appears that people are becoming more annoying in grieving others builds. As such I have shut down the main server until an upgrade can be done, this could be up to a month long. Please read the following BEFORE logging into the server: 1. Do not link people the server IP, make them come here to read this list first! 2. There is no griefing, store important stuff somewhere secret. 3. PVP is disabled, as is monsters, this is being put up as a build server for fun. 4. There are no rules as to what you can build.. 5. Do not report others to me or mods, we arent intending to do anything about it, this is a build server because people cannot wait for the official release. 6. Being rude to others, especially mods and admins, will still not be tolerated. Instant bans will be given, with no appeal until the main server is updated. I had messages from people complaining that the main server is 1.7.3 over and over. For now this is the server that is online. Until the final release, the other server is not being upgraded.

Anyone Interested in continuing to play on the 2g1m survival server should probably heed this advice; As 1.8 is being released, it is natural that you click the update button as soon as it appears. STOP! Backup your minecraft folder!!! (%appdata%/.minecraft) as we will not be clicking that button! Windows 7/Vista: 1. Press Start 2. Type ' %appdata% ' and hit Enter 3. Create a Copy of the .minecraft folder on your desktop or somewhere else you will remember. Windows XP 1. Open any Folder (My Documents, Folder on Desktop, Anything!) 2. Type ' %appdata% ' into the address bar and hit Enter 3. Create a Copy of the .minecraft folder on your desktop or somewhere else you will remember. Mac OS 1. Who Knows 2. Who Cares 3. Who Bothers Update: Why Backup the whole folder including maps? Because the new update could corrupt game saves, we don't know yet! Let's be safe! The Server and Bukkit and many plugins are NOT being updated straight away. When we roll out a server update we will take a day or so to correctly move to a new map and import some old content. We will TRY to bring user data over, or try to delete unused chunks and simply allow the game to re-render most of them with the new generation system. Whatever it takes we will do our best. We cannot guarantee anything. You will be given warning when we are about to do a map move, as such it is advised that you begin logging out in spawn for safety reasons until after any updates are done. Until then, enjoy!
