Stuck in a nether portal

I am playing on the LDshadowlady server. I went through my friend's nether portal, and when i went back through, i came out of a nether portal in a town with a wall behind it and 2 iron doors in front. Now i am stuck and cant even type, can some one kill me or tp me away or something pls? I really like the server but i cant do anything

Yeah, that's been a glitch for a while, but this is the first time people have been trapped and had to get rescued from them. They're not able to go back through or tp away.

Yeah you can't even type or use escape, you have to use ctrl, alt, delete

i go through nether portals alot and when i go back through the np i end up in the middle of the ocean
