Several people have come to be regarding the bug with dropping items near shops. It is a known issue and there is nothing we can do about it right now.

Bug Report:

If I drop items on the ground near the shops, they disappear.

Reason:

The shops use item bundles to display the items. Because of this, Minecraft 'stacks' the items onto the display, which eats the item forever. There is no way to get the item back once it has stacked into the display.

Workaround:

Don't drop items near shops.

  • Fixed several minor security issues.
  • Fixed bug where players could die in Pit of Despair
  • Shops are open again!
    • Shop pricing is as it was before it had to come offline.
    • Shops may generate errors as the plugin is still in development, please report any major errors.
    • For balance reasons, some shops may unexpectedly close or open at any given time.

I am formally naming the current server and its configuration Version 1.0 of LDShadowLady Server.

Why issue it a version?

As we make improvement and changes, we will refer to version numbers to help us log and maintain the server state. Where possible, we will keep this up to date as much as possible, this will include Bugs, New Features, New Plugins, Removed Plugins, Events and new cities. We will use it for version control and reference.

Known Bugs:

  • Pit of Despair can Kill Players allowing them to go back to spawn.
  • On occasion, items are still dropped by premium (and above) players. This is very intermittent and fairly rare.
  • Shops have been disabled due to a bug causing server instability.

Recent Events:

  • Due to major X-Ray issues and Economy flooding, several players have been rolled back over 3 months, therefore restoring a lot of resources back to the community. The economy is currently being looked at for when the shops are back online.
  • Arena 1 has been attacked and now has a quarter of the field missing. It is all that much harder to PVP there now!

Upcoming Events:

  • There will be a major server reset Poll coming soon. We strongly advise keeping look out for it, its kind of a big deal!
  • Please also look out for a poll regarding server performance since the major upgrade, we want to hear your feedback!
