We are not governed by a law that dictates free speech. In fact even if we were a private company, once you are on our property, we would be permitted by law to enforce internal rules against certain speech. Hate and general rudeness speech is forbidden here as we are not a public location, you need to register and accept our rules. That is the great thing about being a private entity.
Since you abused a bug, you have been trouble, you know you break the rules over and over, yet you repeat the process and expect special treatment. You talking the way you do, just goes to show that you are being cocky. Don't expect us to force other members to deal with your bullshit any longer, you are hereby permanently jailed and may re-appeal no sooner than in 28 days.

Thing is, it had happened multiple times including asking people to be inside of 'you'. You also instantly replied within 5 seconds saying it was your friend and that you were sorry. There is no chance you weren't at your comp when it was typed, therefore I honestly think it was you.
Since the hopper incident, you have been acting out which looks bad on you. I am not over turning this mute, you can try again in 3 days.

Frankly i am sick of people treating the server like a piece if shit then when you get caught trying to act innocent. We have invested in multiple methods of logging such events like chat and block modification.
If you are going to break rules we are going to find out and punish you, we are doing our best to ensure that everyone has a fun server to play on, but the more people who abuse it and bugs, the harder it is and the worse its gets. The easiest thing at that stage is to simply ban.

I was originally going for a method to launch servers from a button on the website, but Minecraft doesn't support it.
This little hack will allow you to at least launch minecraft from a button click in your web browser. We call this associating a URI (Thats an i not an L)
This only works on Windows and will require a change OR for you to move your minecraft launcher. It is recommended you are very careful in doing this as messing with your registry can result in system failure if you mess up bad enough.
- First you need to make a new file in Notepad.
- Then you need to go to File > Save As > type "MCA.bat" as the filename. Select All Files next to Save as Type:
- Save the file and then paste the following contents;

Although I am not ready or willing to discuss anybody's application publicly or usually even privately until closer to a decision, I will say that all considerations are made with many different variants. Activity, Communication etc being big parts of them. If you feel that your 'consideration' stage has been a long while, (And this applies to anyone) we advise possibly looking at what you are maybe not doing or doing wrong.
We do, to an extent, expect a lot from our Moderators, while it is not a paid job. Applicants must be prepared to be extremely active in order to help support the members. Being a moderator is not necessarily fun.
Again, I have tried to generalize here, nothing reflects directly onto this application, but as you are the most recent to ask, I thought it best to post here as most applicants tend to check their competitions applications.

Did you forget to mention perhaps the Nude skin? This straight after a recent jailing for giefing, and of course you then sending me a fairly nasty, but well written, private message after I rejected your initial Ban Appeal?
If I issue an unban, I expect some respect to all the users, including but not limited to being polite to staff and NOT wearing nude skins!
