Hello Eeho, I will be answering your appeal.
Contrary to your appeal, you were punished for a few reasons. Firstly you were punished for creating a redstone loop.
Secondly, and thirdly, you were punished for continued arguing with staff.
Also note, you have been mtued and jailed for arguing on previous maps.
Can you explain to me why you think you sould be unmuted, again?

Thank you for using the appeals section of our forums. However, what you submitted was a report, not an appeal. Appeals are for when YOU are punished, and you wish to be let out of jail and have someone review your file. If you wish to report someone you should use abgn.net/report.
PS: In the future, if you're going to complain about someone swearing on the server, I would suggest not swearing in a report. Just an idea.

Your entire argument is based around the idea that you were not aware of the rules when you were on the server. However, this server uses a plugin which notifies you of our rules the second you join, and you have to ./accept in order to play.
Due to this, and the fact that there were complaints from multiple abgn staff members your appeal is currently denied.

Hello misternoh, I will be replying to your appeal this time around.
To answer your question about free speech depending, users on our servers do have freedom to say whatever they like, so long as it does not conflict with our other rules. In the report of your initial brush with abgn staff, it was stated that you started mentioning other servers and were asked to not, per the fact that it conflicted with our no advertising rule. It is important to note that you were informed of (whether you remember it or not) this rule upon joining the LD server. At this point, no punishment would have been handed out, as there was no reason to. However, from that point on, you said that the rule was fascist and begun to argue with moderators. After being warned multiple times you ignored our rules and were subsequently kicked and muted. Due to the fact that you were kicked before being handed your punishment there were many chances for you to modify your behavior and stop bringing up the same argument. Currently, your punishment, as ruled on by tarquin, is a perm mute. If you can explain to me why you think you should be unmuted, then please do in a reply to this thread and your appeal will be considered.
On a separate note we have your shared-ip account Laurengam2r. I would be glad to do a full appeal for that account if/when a full appeal is made, but as of now I cannot review an appeal because we do not accept appeals made in the name for other accounts. A key clarification however, is that our records indicate that the user Laurengam3r is only muted, not banned as you stated in this appeal.

This is the close up of a sign that you placed, on top of an inappropriate build which had been built from griefed blocks.

If you choose to you can explain why you placed these signs on top of a griefed build. If you do not want to, however, since it is only your first strike you do not have to, since you will not go to jail for only one strike.

What version of minecraft are you using? The current version of bukkit dosent like 1.7.6+, so you may have to downgrade to 1.7.4 or 1.7.2. If that dosent work it might be your java isnt working well, and you need to re-set it

Regardless if people have been on or not you may not break others builds. Your appeal has been denied. You must wait until the next map before you can play again on the LD server. Personally, I'd suggest that you re-read the rules, so that when the new map is here you stay out of jail and are able to enjoy our new map.

You were jailed the first time for breaking wood and glowstone that belonged to another user.
You were jailed a second time for breaking clay inside another users build.
You were jailed a third and final time for breaking and entering a users house.
Now that you've seen the evidence, can you explain why you did those things, and why you think I should unjail you?

As you pointed out in your last appeal, proof is an important part of the appeal process on ABGN. However, as it was stated before, you have no proof that the two accounts are owned by two different people. We have both accounts with the same IP address. There also is the issue that you responded to an appeal post defending the actions of craftroom, from the perspective of pandalover, when you were supposedly only craftroom.
Can you explain all this to me? And, if you decide to admit that you are both pandalover and craftroom, can you explain why you did all that?
