Due to your recent topic in which you attempted to tell other users how to break our rules and accused staff of breaking our own rules you are no longer welcome to reappeal on the 11th as Classy previously specified. The soonest you may reappeal is 20 days from now, the 21st of this month.

I strongly recommend that during this period you take time to reread our rules, reflect on your actions and show us that you are someone we would like to allow back on our servers.

After taking some time to review your record I am going to have to deny your appeal.

Let me explain why.

 

First, you asked if it was okay to create inappropriate builds on our server, and when told no told the mod it was 'too late'.

 

And as a result you were warned and then jailed for five days.

This was something that from the time you first joined the server you had to know would not be okay. It is part of the rules you agreed to when joining. And yet you still broke that rule and were punished as a result. You even continued while in jail until being muted, making the comment that "at least it wasn't forever" which says that you understood it was a punishment.

This should have been a big enough clue that this behavior would not be tolerated on our server, but after being unjailed you began again.

 

 

This sort of behavior is never okay, and to say that you were joking about it is disgusting. Someone who acts like this is not someone that I am comfortable allowing back onto our server, where myself and the other staff work hard to make sure that everyone can enjoy themselves without any sort of hateful speech or builds.

So consider your appeal officially denied. You may reappeal in one month.

I'm afraid I don't understand the point of this appeal if you know who you griefed, as you are not jailed and merely received a warning for both incidents.

Once again, as with the appeal that Big responded to, you are merely repeating the same things over and over, while still refusing to take any responsibility. While I appreciate that and would agree, I do not appreciate that you have come here and tried to lie to me about it all. That just makes me feel like you're not being sincere in any part of your response.

I would be willing the believe that the fence could have been an accident as it was only one block, however two glass panes in a window is not. The fact that you broke more than one glass pane tells me you did it with the intention of entering that players home and it was very deliberate.

As far as the middle strike, you obviously did know the server had moderators, as you had been jailed once before for breaking the rules. The server rules also clearly state that griefing is not allowed no matter what and that if you are griefed you should report it to a moderator.

That being said, do you have anything more to say for yourself?

Everything you did was intentional.  You were presented with the server rules when you first joined, and by leaving the new player area you agreed to those rules and yet you broke them by griefing and killing players outside of the arenas. On top of that your apology doesn't seem to even consider how your actions have made others feel, but instead seems focused around the fact that you just want to go back to playing.
