  1. Your appeal has been approved. After quite a bit of consideration I am going to change your time from permanent to a temporary jailing of 1 week. During this time I suggest you visit abgn.net/rules and take another look at our rules.

Be aware that you are only being given one more chance. If your account is used to break any rules you will be permanently jailed again.

Thank you for appealing and enjoy your time on the server.

  2. You were muted because you advertised, but there is more to it than that. Not only did you knowingly advertise, but you argued with Ankcta over whether or not it was considered advertising. And when I asked you not to argue with staff you began arguing with me over whether or not you were arguing, then claimed that the arguing was you 'helping us understand our own rules'. You were also given two ten minute mutes prior to the permanent muting, one for arguing and one for outright advertising. And after your second mute you came back onto the server just so that you could advertise again. And not once was any of the staff angry with you, we were just asking that you follow the same rules every other player does.

Can you give me a better explanation as to why you believe you should be unmuted?

  3. You were permanently jailed after breaking the rules multiple times.

    First strike, for inappropriate language:

    Second strike, for griefing:

    Third strike, also for griefing:

    post-333-0-42796500-1380520796_thumb.png

You were banned after the first strike and were recently given another chance on the server. These griefs have nothing to do with "watching where you are going". After considering that just within the past two months I gave you another chance I don't feel like you've actually learned anything from any of your punishments.

Your appeal has been denied and you can reappeal in fourteen days. In the mean time consider your actions and take a look at our rules.

  4. Because this was your first strike you were temporarily jailed for two days. Unless you can further explain why you feel you should be unjailed you will need to serve the remainder of your time in jail.

This is your first of three strikes, and more strikes can result in more jailings.

  5. You were jailed one day for breaking the glowstone in another players bridge. At this time your jail time is temporary and you will need to wait out the remainder of your sentence.

Just so you know, we have a three-strike rule, and this grief counts as your first. If more griefs are found you can be jailed again.

  6. You say that, but your previous appeals and your record say otherwise.

At this time your appeal is denied and you may reappeal in fourteen days. I suggest you take this time to consider your actions, as "my girlfriend wants me to get unjailed" tells me that you are not ready to play again at this point in time. Take this time to consider your actions and how they have affected the server.

  7. Your previous appeals are showing me that you have not learned anything from your previous jailings, as you xrayed not just once but twice. After the first time you even admitted that you did not read the rules and did not know using it would mean you were breaking them, but that does not explain why you would knowingly use it a second time. You also continued by breaking a players windows which tells me that you still had not read or paid any attention to the server rules.

So, after looking into your previous appeals I would like you to explain further why you believe you should be allowed to play again.

  8. You were permanently jailed after having griefed three times.

First grief, jailed for one day:

Second grief, jailed for one day:

    Third grief, resulting in permajail:

Can you explain and tell me why you feel you should be unjailed?

  9. Lag or not, you are responsible for the actions done by your account and the jailing still stands. Not only does this look entirely on purpose because you broke four blocks of glass in two separate windows, but it was not in a town so there would not have been anything to stop you from replacing the window. Also, we do not punish for griefs inside of a town so if that had been the case you would not have been jailed in the first place.

Your appeal has been denied and you will serve the rest of your sentence in jail.

So that you're aware, there is a three-strike rule, meaning if you are to break any more rules you will be permanently jailed.

  10. After taking the time to look into your past offenses your appeal has been approved. I am only giving you one more chance though. Any rule breaking done by your account will result in another permanent jailing. You will be unjailed on the server shortly, in the meantime I suggest you take another look at our rules by going to abgn.net/rules so that you are familiar with them.

  11. After looking into your file I found that you were permanently jailed for griefing.

First strike, jail for two hours:

Additional grief, found after you were permanently jailed:

    post-2859-0-54687800-1378062645.pngpost-2859-0-00658900-1378062647.png

Can you explain why you feel you should be released from jail?

  12. After speaking with the owner I've found that you are right, and it does seem like it was in a towns protection when the blocks were broken, therefore you have been unjailed.

I apologize for the mistake and any inconvenience and I hope you continue to enjoy your time on the server.

  13. After looking into your file the most recent offense from you that we have record of was in March. Our map has reset since then, and everyone who had been permajailed was given one more chance on the new map.

There should not be anything stopping you from playing on the server.

Be aware that your old record is still taken into account and any rulebreaking on the new map will result in another permajail.

Thank you for taking the time to appeal.

  14. While I understand your frustration, the time between when this and when your ban appeal were posted is only about 7 minutes, and you need to be patient. Ban appeals are not automatic and staff can sometimes take 24 hours or so to look into your file and respond.

  15. Your appeal has been accepted and you will be unbanned as soon as possible.

I want to stress the fact that we are only giving you one more chance. Any sort of trouble from you and you will be placed in jail permanently. This includes not just breaking blocks that don't belong to you but also causing trouble with staff or other players.

I suggest while you are waiting to be unbanned that you go to abgn.net/rules and take another look at the server rules.
