Hello everyone,

This is mute appeal #3! So to not keep you here for long I'll keep it as short as possible.

I apologize for what I did and understand that it is unacceptable and inappropriate to display/have that type of behaviour on the server. I assure you that it will not happen again and that I will remain an ordinary, rule abiding player on the server. I believe that I should be un-muted because the punishment has reached a point where it is no longer effective and needed as: a) I hold no hostility or animosity towards any entity of the server and just wish to be able to play the game with the opportunity of communication to others enabled. I understand and accept the rules of the server and agree to follow/ abide by them throughout the rest of the time I wish to play on the server. c) I understand why and how my actions lead to my punishment, why I was punished and why I was in the wrong. Once again I would like to voice my apology in regards to what I have done, and hope that the server administration could overlook the animalistic breakout I had moths ago and forgive me and allow me to play with full communication.

I think there may have been a bit of an mis-understanding during the little dispute that took place with ABGN staff and I before I was initially muted. I actually had never spoken/ publicized of another server at the time, it was in fact another server player who was doing so on public chat to his/her friend. When this player was told by a moderator that they are not allowed to ,"speak of these sort of things", I was a little confused as to why. This was because I was not the person to register and first play on this server (therefore i had no knowledge of such rules existing), my sister had been playing MC with this account on the LD server for what she says is approximately one year. I had no knowledge this server had even existed until a month and a half ago when I began to play at which point my sister got tired of me hogging the account and bought her own. Anyhow, if I recall correctly it was because I asked the moderator multiple times in what could very well be considered a provoking manner, if the people on this server had a right to free speech, that they had initially kicked me. Because of the fact that I had been kicked for asking a simple question, I became frustrated and when logging back into the server I began to ask the question again. When I realized I had been muted and that the question was not going to be answered I felt the need to attempt to resolve, what had felt like unjust treatment towards me externally and therefore filed a complaint on this server. I realize that the complaint I had filed was out of hand and obviously rude however at the time my emotions had gotten the better of me.

 

To be fair, the answer to the initial question I asked was never given to me by the moderator and that is why I continued on asking and later on proceeded to call the moderator a fascist (not the rule as I had no knowledge of its existence until after the mute). If an answer informing me of the rule had been given/ or if I had knowledge of such a rule, the argument would have never gotten to be such a problem. In fact I would have apologized for my behaviour right then and there and continued on with my gaming. That is not to say that it was the moderators fault that I reacted in such a way but if I was informed I would have stopped asking questions and would most definitely not have played "fascist" card. I thank you for informing me about the server rules above and I apologize once again for the inconvenience this may have cause, like I have mentioned above, I had never actually read the rules/terms of playing on this server because of the fact that I was not the one to initially join the server, it was my sister. Now that I have read the rules on the forum I have a better grasp on what is permitted and not-permitted to say. I believe that the situation was a big mis-understanding that got out of control which ended up with me insulting staff out of frustration. I do agree that it was a good move to mute me as it has given me the time to reflect upon the rules/ terms of the server as well as allow me to learn to better control my frustration.

 

I believe I should be unmuted first and foremost because as I have now read the rules of the server, I feel much more educated as to what is permitted and what is not. I agree with these rules and will therefore continue to be a peaceful player on this server and avoid provoking arguments and starting problems.

 

Secondly, I hold no animosity towards any staff or players on this server. I am here to play and enjoy MC on this sever and I understand that if i do not agree with the rules I can find another server to play on.

 

Thirdly, I believe I should be unmuted because I had no knowledge of such rules ever existing until only recently! As mentioned before I have now been able to read and educate myself on them and therefore have been able to shape my behaviour when on this server to fit the requirements or permissible standards. 

 

Finally, I believe that getting muted at the time was a good idea to cool my emotions off, allow me to think rationally,  come to terms and lay out the true facts as to why I was muted, which are all laid out for you to examine in this post. Now that I am able to do so, and now that I am able to truly find out why exactly I was muted in the first place, and now that I admit that I was in the wrong, I feel like this mute is no longer necessary.

 

With that being said I appreciate the kindness, modesty and professionalism you have shown to me at this time. I hope we can see eye to eye regarding this problem and I hope that if unmuted, I can prove to you that I am able to play on the Ld Shadowlady server peacefully while abiding to all the rules and regulations and without causing any more problems for anyone anymore.

Also regarding the appeal for LaurenGam3r, she has tried multiple times to appeal however when she sends the appeal it does not seem to work. It brings her to a blank page that says something like --PERM-- and thats all. Seeing as how she is unable to communicate this problem to anyone on the forum or online, is there any advice that you may be able to give me that I can tell her regarding this sort of technical issue?

Good Afternoon moderators of the server,

This is to once again ask to be un-muted from the LdShadowlady server amongst other things that will be discussed later. Im not sure I remember exactly why I was muted but it was something along the lines of "provoking" (as Stay_Classy had labelled it) an argument and asking if there was free-speech on the server, which I found out the answer to which was, depends . I understand that it was a little excessive to do what i had done at that time and i apologize for any inconveniences or extra work/ annoyances that it may have caused any staff or players at the time. I will and have been adjusting my behaviour ever since this situation has taken place. I have no animosity towards anyone on the server I would just like to enjoy the Mc experience with all actions available to me.

Also my sister Laurengam3r has just recently been muted by Stay_Classy as well. My sister who, as of a couple weeks ago shared an account with me, decided to use her birthday money to purchase a MC account so she can play with me (her older brother) on this server. I dont really play often anymore because I work fulltime. She was banned by Stay_classy when she asked him/her if there was a method for muted people to obtain money from the bank. She was asking this question for me, because i am unable to communicate with the bank person on the server. I wanted to give her some money so she can purchase a plot of land on the server so she could build her house. The reason she was muted by Classy was because she apparently tried to bypass a temp-mute and therefore she was per-muted. Im not sure how that works especially because she had only been playing on the server for like 2 weeks and had never been banned before. We are both sitting next to eatchother right now and we are both confused, (well im more confused, she's more like extremely saddened because she loves this server) to why she was muted. Anyhow I hope this can be regulated as soon as possible, my sister is only 12 and has no reason nor has the knowledge to commit such a MC server crime Anyhow she is posting a mute appeal as we speak I just wanted to help her out with it because that is what older brothers do!
