Getting more plots

Hello! Just wondering if there has ever been any discussion on increasing the # of plots / player in a town?

I am not saying 8 isn't reasonable. Just that if you want to expand a build or do a large build, it would be nice to get some extra space. Either through purchasing more plots through towny (which seems to be supported, just disabled on the server). Or perhaps through purchase in the real money store.

Just a thought.

with more residents the plot max incresses

My town has 15 residents and and used 28 plots of 120 plots max

I have considered additional plots at a price, I am still considering the price. The plots have to be rewarded to the town directly and not the user. Otherwise there is worldguard protection available through the real money store.

Hmm, yeah... the world guard option is ok... but then it doesn't give you some of the benefits of towny (permissions) which I have become accustomed too, stopping mob spawns, having multiple builders... I still think additional plots would be a bit better.
