why i cant claim any more plot

i dont know why i cant claim the place where its is suppose to be claim and i have make a town outpost and it cant work pls help me and i use the dyn map it did not show my plot claim bu i have claim 14 already so pls help me

and also i try do/t spawn its say i never set and i also did not find my t home that is wierd pls help me pls my town is call sky
