excessive spam/capslock

Hi, This evening I was playing and a certain user seemed to be intent on getting as much attention as possible by excessively using caps lock, sending garbled, random messages, and messages that had no relevance. I do not believe the user was not talking to anybody specifically for the majority of them.

I considered turning chat off altogether, but I needed it to talk to a friend.

 

I have attached screenshots of a few of the logs, but this was going on for some time both before and after.

I did ask a moderator to look into this, but they were busy dealing with a bigger issue, which I completely understand. 

I asked the user to cease, but the conversation quickly deteriorated, ending with the user calling me a "hun," which, is a very offensive term from where I come from, regarded as a racial insult.

 

I hope you will take note of this report, and take appropriate action.
