    Due to the size and variety of the griefs, the only way i am going to give you another chance is if we reset your player data. This means you will lose everything you built, your /home, your money and your inventory.

    If we find you have griefed yet again, then you will NOT be given the time of day to appeal, it just is not fair on the other players.

    I am going to overturn the mute, however the leader of the group who was spamming this was doing so out of pure spite. All I can do is ASK that you do not follow them and spam again, in the future I dont expect to see you permanently muted but you may be muted for a repeat offense.

    This appeal has resulted in a overturn for now. If any further evidence comes to light, you may find yourself remuted. Until then I ask that whatever you may have done to get yourself muted, you dont do it again ;)

    Although you replaced the wood, the point we are trying to impose is that we do not allow griefing at all. This is to safeguard you and others equally.

    The only comment I can really make for now, pending the moderator that punished you replying, is that in the future you should perhaps ask fellow friends. If you make a town then others cannot build next to you either, just for a point of reference.

    I have had to warn you on multiple occasions. Clearly you dont care about the rules because you say the same thing every time. You can stay muted a while until you learn your lesson. You can however keep playing.

    At this stage you will need to buy a new account.

    Both you and your friend were caught XRaying. To me it is disgusting that you would do so immediatly after a reset, especially when there is a new economy. You were using XRay before we took the diamonds off you and as such you have no ground to be upset.

    Use this as an example of "we are always watching"

    Your work and mining expeditions have been rolled back, and your appeal is denied.

    The first thing you did on our brand new server is tear it apart for diamonds and try to destroy the economy. You handed out 10 diamonds for 5 eggs... stupid trades that ruined the trade rates.

    Why should I risk you coming back? You clearly have no remorse if the very first thing you did on our server was break the rules that you were forced to agree to BEFORE you could play. Really?

    I also must itterate the fact that you need to STOP to type /tpaccept. Therefore it is impossible that you were in the middle of mining, therefore you have also just lied to us. Typically this increased the punishment, but due to the upcoming reset, we will be lenient.

    This means you have the right to appeal and request the information, I can see you are deciding to be quite a smart ass as I witnessed on the server. For the brief time I was on, I witnessed you answering back to staff just for the point of it. It is not some sort of sport, we expect you to respect everyone, including the staff.

    Wait patiently and a Mod will present proof to you shortly.

    Freedom of speech does not apply in a private community. We have a right to censor you for the good of the other players in the community. This proves to us you aren't suitable for our group;

    listen im not going to wait 4 days to re appeal and kiss abysalls ass. the server was bound to crash before in the old one and it will again in this one due to poor mods and management. not to mention the dumb admin who poses as a god. Do the right thing and release me from jail or do the spineless thing and ban me. if im gone then i dont want to even be able to get to the server. i have nothing more to say.

    I would like to clearly note that you were given the chance to apologize for being rude and you chose not to. You spammed the forums with the same thread 5 times after being told to wait 14 days, after which i guarantee you would have been unjailed with a warning.

    As such, you are hereby permanently banned and may NOT re-appeal until a legitimate public apology is made to the community and staff. Don't worry about me, I don't need an apology. If I am happy with said apology, I will then allow you to appeal in 28 days.

BAN ME/ and by the way your admid poses as a god. have you seen spawn recently he has destroyed a section of it, hes getting bored with the server and is destroying it. he blew up my house and fixed it right after he burnt me to death. that is griefing weather its an admid or a normal player. Tranquin may not have been the reason im in jail right now but he is no god and he is noone special. BTW i have griefed many houses a total of 7 on the server. and ive gotten away with it. you mods and management people overlook the major ccrimes ive committed and took me out for a missunderstanding. Abysall will crash and burn and you know it. EVERYONE knows it and they wont accept it. I tell the truth and here i am. Pleases dont respond to me with a "Proper" court like response and just respond. The server doesnt control you, think about that.

    Hey Guys,

    Today we are proud to announce that we have finally added a blog section to the forums! All members can have at the very least 1 Blog, where you can do whatever you want! (Following the rules of course ;) ). Premiums and VIP's will have the ability to create additional blogs, and as such you can have a different blog for a different topic. Somewhere mixed in there, you can customize the theme and make your blog look as close to being you as possible.

    I will try to post more information in the form of little walk throughs when time allows, however I recommend to anyone actually interested, just jump right in! - You will also notice that a new button has appeared on posts called 'Blog This' (At this very moment it is duplicated, it will be rectified soon). This button will allow you to blog that post with a reaction or whatever you may want (Note: It will by default embed it as a quote)

    You are also able to use RSS to import from another Blog, or to export your feed from this site to another.

    I hope at least some people can enjoy this new feature and look forward to seeing some of the stuff you guys come up with!

    At the end of the day, we will only endorse a select group of people that you put together, only if none of them have records and their minecraft names are clearly reported to us. Even then we will need to discuss it after we get that list and then decide whether or not we choose to do this or not.
