    We have a report system for if you are griefed at abgn.net/report. You can put in all the applicable information in and we will investigate the grief and deal with the player that was involved.

     

    To stop griefing in your area overall, the only way to do so is by either joining someone's town and having them claim over your house, or by saving up money and buying your own town through the towny plugin. To start a own it costs $3500 in game money, and then to buy additional plots it is $2500 in game money per plot to expand. 

     

    Also note for further reference, this section is for appeals for if you were punished for some sort of offence.

    You were jailed for reaching your third strike. You acknowledged your first 2 strikes which means you understood you did something wrong, but yet you performed yet another action against our rules.

     

    As far as the reason you received your third strike, it was for making this inappropriate build in another user's build.

     

     

    Can you explain why you would make this build in other player's area after having already received 2 warnings for other infractions and being told what would happen if you were to continue to break the rules?

    Also, there has been a massive issue with Java lately. I know I, and a few other members of staff were crashing with Java issues. The fix that worked for us was as follows.

     

    1. Go to Control Panel

    2. Go to 'Programs and Features' (May be called something different depending on your OS.

    3. Scroll down to Java

    4. Uninstall ALL java versions that are installed.

    5. Start up internet

    6. Go to .http://www.java.com

    7.Click 'Free download'

    8. Click 'Agree and Start Download'

    9. Open the file

    10. Install

    11. Play minecraft

I am overturning this jailing and you are now free for the remainder of this server life and we look forward to your participation on the next server.     It is my decision at this time to APPROVE your appeal. However, going forward, we will not tolerate this sort of dishonesty and behavior from you. You have received numerous chances for your actions in the past. We are approaching the apocalypse and the beginning of a new server, take this opportunity to prepare yourself for the apocalypse, and as a chance to start fresh with the incoming new server. Do NOT waste this chance.

    I confronted you about the trade you made with albe, and you denied doing anything wrong and said you didn't short him on your deal (which you now admit to), so how can I trust that you wouldn't do anything wrong again? Especially considering that on your last appeal, you said almost the same thing. You have chosen to break our rules numerous times, and then when you get caught, you are apologetic and act like it will never happen again, but yet you persist on ignoring our rules and wish to make other users' time on the server lousy. 

     

    Your appeal is DENIED. You may not reappeal for the next 28 days.

    Since you don't want to actually fill out the appeal properly and spam. I'm just going to say No.

     

    Unless you provide an actual reason why the jailing should be overturned, no excuses for what you did.

    I would expect you, if you have any integrity, to return the items anyways. You will need to spend the remainder of your jail time in jail, plus we got a report of another grief that you did, so your jailing has been extended 2 more days. One more strike will result in a permanent jailing.

    Before I show you the evidence, I would like to inform you of something. Just because something is/looks abandoned does not make it okay to grief it. It was obviously someones build and you destroyed it. Even if what you were jailed for was from something built months ago, it wouldn't a change a thing because you have no right to touch any build that is not yours. Now, your jailing has nothing to do with abandoned bases, so, now that we are aware of this, if we find proof of these griefs later on, they will still be punishable since you have clearly stated you have griefed other builds we are not yet aware of. 

     

    Here is what you were jailed for:

     

    You broke into a users house, stole the enchantment tabe, bookshelves, steps, sandstone, glowstone, carpet, bed, crops, and wood. 

     

    Why would you grief a users house? It was obviously not yours, but you took it upon yourself to believe you could just take whatever you wanted. Unless you can provide me with a valid reason to why you should be unjailed, this jailing will stand and you will have to serve your time.

    At this time I will accept your appeal, with that being said, this is a final chance. Even the smallest of griefs by you will result in a permanent jail and you will not be given another chance. I hope that you can use the time that you were away as a learning lesson and hope that you can become a well behaved member of our community and continue to enjoy your time on our server as long as you maintain in accordance with our rules. I have unjailed you and you are now free to resume playing normally.

    You broke into a fence pen of chickens, obviously it was someone's farm, fenced in chickens don't just randomly appear. You then asked hern if you could take the chickens from the farm, but then after being jailed for breaking in and covering your tracks, you claimed you didn't know it was farm, even though you asked if you could take the chickens from the farm. 

     

    You weren't trapped, you broke through the fence and willingly went in there.

    You decided to stay there and communicate with him and go along with the whole thing, and acted as communication between him and simba. And you're not jailed for 1 month because of this. You're jailed for one month because of this, plus the fact that you have a record of griefing. If you didn't have a record, the jail wouldn't be this long, but you have broken the rules on multiple occasions and you helped sawzuh with the communication of his threats against staff. That is why you are in jail for a month. If you obeyed the rules set out on the server, you would not be in this situation. But you made your choices in the past, and that is why you are here. You are more than welcome to appeal again in 1 month. At which time, I will reevaluate the situation and make judgement at that point if I will allow you a 4th chance to obey the rules.

    While you do show that you understand the error in judgement not reporting it right away. I do not believe you were simply calling his bluff, and if you were, that would be egging him on to actually do something. You took it upon yourself to go along with his threats, and agree to be an intermediate of his threats to a staff member. There are many things that are forgivable, but being part of threatening a member of our community is not one of them. That is beyond excusable and is never tolerated  here. Your appeal is DENIED. 

     

    Also, due to the severity of the offense you took part of, you may not appeal your jailing again for 1 month.

    I'm always open for feedback. I'm not out to be the next amazing youtuber, im just doing it for me so I can have something to do and a way to let people into my life. So if the feedback is ways to get me to be the next amazing youtuber, I'm okay, but aside from that, leave whatever feedback you like.

    zCoRuPTioNz, I understand that you promise not to make any more mistakes, but the fact of the matter is, this was your 6th strike. I have never seen someone get so many different chances to do the right thing and enjoy our server, and then waste them all. We try to be lenient with everyone and give them the chance to keep playing, because we hate to deny access to our community. But in my eyes, and I'm sure the rest of the mods will back me up on this, I do not want you back on this server, since your joining you have griefed multiple times, used nodus, xrayed on our server, been rude to staff and members, etc. You create a negative atmosphere for this server that is not tolerated, and we will not give you another chance to spread that negativity here. 

     

    Appeal denied.

    You were jailed for something completely unrelated to this, I had you take the down doors and completely avoided sending you to jail because I would rather solve things without having to jail someone. You were jailed for griefing another user, which if you need proof, you are more than welcome to submit an appeal. www.banappeal.net

    It's good that your friend fessed up to what he did, but our rules clearly state that you are responsible for any actions taken on your account. You will need to serve the remainder of your sentence in jail. In the future, I recommend you keep your password secure and not let anyone have access to your account as further strikes against your account may result in a permanent jailing.
