Most likely there was a delay in answering your appeal due to the fact that the server reset. I will inform you of your previous strikes. As the map reset your jail sentence is gone, keep in mind however that the strikes on your account still stand, and each player only gets 3 strikes.

You were found to have placed blocks in front of another players chest to prevent them from accessing their items. Griefing is not just the destroying of block, but placing them and any act made to cause other players the feeling of "grief".
We inform all players who appeal of how long they can take to get an appeal because moderators do have to gather the information of the player who made the appeal, in order to provide an accurate answer to the player appealing and present all the evidence. Please note that repeatedly telling staff that it's "pointless" to appeal and insisting for information on the server instead of following the proper guideline for an appeal or information on why you were punished, will not result in information being provided on the server.

I wish to be unbanned because I had no idea I had claimed someone elses work. sure it was a great tower, but I had been around it for weeks and no one had been on to claim it so I thought it was abandoned. I had no idea it was someone elses
Your appeal has been denied. Your own statement notes that you were aware you were claiming something that was not yours. Just because something hasn't been fully claimed does not make it yours. However in this instance part of the structure had been claimed and you were aware of that. Your statement conflicts with itself as well, stating you didn't know you had claimed it, then going on to say it was abandoned and knowing EXACTLY what we were talking about.

Even if you place the blocks back, it is still griefing. You destroyed items that were not yours. Following your jailing you began making a scene on server and arguing with the staff. You were banned as you had three strikes. The first being Xray, the second, for griefing and the third for griefing. You were going to be permajailed, however after arguing with staff, your permajail was altered to a ban.

You also got on and said, I'm still in jail? So you knew you were in jail previous to joining today, and if that was the case, I doubt you would wait so long to appeal.
You continuously harassed Minime, Simba, and then tried to harass Ankcta when she joined about being released, and how you should be given a trial, after I told you to appeal.
You refused to listen and continued to make trouble so you have been muted.

You were told multiple times to not abuse the doors in the arena. Depsite warnings you continued. You then began harassing staff members on the server and on the teamspeak. You have failed to take any responsibility for your own actions despite being warned several times. In fact even after being banned from the teamspeak for harassing staff you proceeded to move the the forums to continue your rage, and not take responsibility. You're own actions led the the result of being permajailed (as this is your third offence) and banned from the teamspeak. You're appeal has official been denied. You may re-appeal in 14 days. Creepers environmental damage were disabled because they could be used as a griefing tool, and griefing as you are aware is against the rules. Using creepers also means it's next to impossible to determine who griefed if creepers are used to destroy. Towny is also a function we use to avoid griefers. Neither of these particular damage the activity of "survival" as creepers still cause player damage but not environmental (an important aspect to deter griefers). Survival servers however do not mean a player is to be feel uneasy or threatened by other players. This is a PVE type of survival and not PVP. Should you wish for a PVP+PVE server, I would recommend you look into hardcore server (which we have offered in the past). My recommendation would be that you give the Creative server a shot, it's got a good amount of land and plots you can build yourself with no fear of floating trees on your personal property.
