As Mayor of Utopia, I'd like to thank all my towns members for being such amazing people and for creating such a beautiful town. I had a lot of fun on this map and have a ton of great memories with all of you.
I encourage everyone to come defend Utopia, even if you die a bunch, its going to be an awesome event you won't want to miss. Besides, who wouldn't want to watch the destruction of the richest and most awesome town on the server?

First, I'd like to inform you that you are responsible for your own account, and any griefs found by that account, you will be held accountable for it.
Second, upon more investigation into the grief you were jailed for, it was found that you were given permission in that area. So as of right now, you are unjailed.
Keep in mind, we still have a three strike system and any griefs found, you will be back in jail. Please make sure to keep your account secure.

I understand your friends want you back on the server and you want to enjoy the server. But you have broken the rules multiple times. How can I be sure you won't break them once again when you get out?

After speaking to everyone involved, it is clear you were not given permission to take anything from anyones house. Your jailing still stands, your appeal has been denied. Strike one: Complete disrespect to a mod, and inappropriate language; which resulted in a two day mute
Strike two: Sending multiple tpas which is considered harassment; which resulted in jail for two days
Strike three: MORE swearing and harassment of staff; which resulted in seven day mute
And the final thing that led to your jailing currently: Griefing; which resulted in a perm jailing.
Now that I have provided you with the proof you requested, please provide me with a reason as to why I should let you out of jail.

You were jailed for the following:
Strike 1: Griefed into a players build and stole two crafting tables. Also broke into an animal pen where animals were reported missing.
Strike 2: Stole cocoa beans from a players farm
Strike 3: Broke windows in a players home
Strike 4: Broke dirt and cobblestone in a public farm.
You were warned multiple times, can you please explain to me why we should let you out of jail after you have griefed repeatedly despite warnings?
