    Based on your appeal and your behaviour on our servers, your appeal has been approved. Keep in mind, if you break any rules you will be permanently jailed again. Your time will be reduced to 24 hours which you will need to serve in order to play again, you will however be unmuted during that time.     To be clear, the reason you were muted was because you were continuously arguing with a mod when asked multiple times to drop the subject and for disrespecting a mod after you were given three ten minute warning mutes. I suggest in the future if there is an issue with a mods decision, submit it through the website as per rule nine at www.abgn.net/rules. 

     

    As for your mute, your appeal has been accepted, you will be unmuted shortly. Please keep in mind we have a three strike system and this counts as strike one. Future incidents may lead to perm mutes and/or jailing.

    I apologize for the unusual amount of time it took for me to reply back to your appeal. Based on your appeal and your behaviour on the server this past week, your appeal has been accepted and you will be unjailed as soon as possible.     Based on your appeal and your behaviour on the server, I will be reducing your jail time to 6 hours. Keep in mind breaking an already griefed build is still considered griefing and you can be jailed for it. We have a three strike system and this is your first strike.     Not only did you grief, but your attitude after being jailed was disrespectful and clearly unacceptable which led to you being muted multiple times. Please explain to me why I should let you out of jail at this time.

    You were jailed one day for breaking blocks under a user which resulted in the death of that user. Since this is your first strike, you will need to wait out the remainder of your sentence. Keep in mind, we have a three-strike rule, and this counts as your first.
