After talking to each person individually about what happened, it is clear there was no grief that took place. You will be unjailed as of now. Keep in mind, you are still on your last strike, and any griefs that occur by you will land you back in jail permanently.

First thing, I suggest you take another look at the server rule book, since it clearly states the use of Xray is NOT allowed.

As much as we appreciate you informing a mod of a grief, you should have left it up to the mods to deal with instead of taking it into your own hands, You still knowingly griefed into a players build and therefore have been permjailed for the following reasons:
Strike one: Griefing
Strike two: Xray
Strike Thee: Griefing
