You will be unjailed and unmuted on the server as soon as possible, but be aware that one more grief, even a small one, will put you back in jail permanently.

Why is everyone talking about me?Also, my opinion on the reset: I don't want it, mainly because being 'bored' for me just means I need to find a new building project, not start over entirely.

They were all done by you. Your first grief was of a bridge belonging to a user in your town, only the bridge was outside of the towny protection and was considered a jailable offense.
As for the second, you should know better than to touch anything you did not place yourself and 'finding it in the middle of no where' is not a valid excuse to break blocks placed by another user.
And the third was an inappropriate addition to another users build that was done without their permission, and broke not one but two server rules.

Regardless of how many times you were actually jailed this was your third grief and you should have learned from the time you had already spent in jail. If you would like to appeal again at a later date we will reconsider your case, but at this time we will not be unjailing you.

You were jailed for griefing another users house and farm. The screenshots show that you broke an enchantment table, the dirt from their farm and placed lava.
You were jailed for griefing in the past and given the chance to learn from those jailings and you chose to grief anyways. As such this was your third offense and you have been permanently jailed and muted. At this point your jailing will not be overturned and you will not be unjailed. You can reappeal in a few weeks.

Your account is still at fault even though you were not the one to use it and as such you will have to serve your time in jail. This is your first strike so it is not perm and you will be let out once your time is up. Be aware that jail time must be spent on the server and that once you leave the timer will stop until you come back on.

Due to the fact that we've been re-considering jailing for xrayers we're willing to give you a second chance. However, because you used xray we will have to confiscate all ores and anything that is made from them as a punishment.
You will also need to be aware you only get one chance and one more offense like this will put you back in jail permanently.
