  1. Thanks for making an appeal. As stated in your ticket when you improperly first made the appeal, you and your brother know the password to your account. This means something will have to be done about it.

    1. If your brother really did use your account, the account was used to try and argue about the ban issued on zcoruptionz. After being rude, warned to stop, and having their own story fall apart because it couldn't be possible according to what they said, they started attacking players. So, the account (zerlex123) was muted. The account will stay muted for awhile until the following happens:

    2. If it wasn't zcoruptionz, and it was you, the mute will still stay. Why? Because:

Zerlex123 will stay muted for 3 days. This should give you time to do the following.

    (1) Change you password for Zerlex123 so no one else can use that account but you, do not have MC remember the password. If anything else happens in that account, it WILL be punished. You are responsable for what happens to your own account.

    (2) 3 days should be enough to hopefully, give zcoruptionz time to calm down, if he used your account.

    (3) ©. Since the account (zerlex123) WAS used for innapropiate behavior, It will still be punished for what happened on it, so it will not be unmuted for 3 days.

Hopefully by the end of the 3 days, when the account is unmuted, you will have changed your password. You have enough time to protect your own account, You will NOT have any excuses after that time is up. You are lucky the account was not banned due from the innapropiate actions it was used for.

Here is what the account was used for:

  2. We've talked about this, and we are going to unjail the account. However, that account gets a strike, so it will be permanently jailed if it gets used to x-ray again. Don't use your brother's account without his permission. Get your own or have someone buy one for you.

  3. That was not the first time you have used the x-ray mod.

We have been watching players, and your name came up in many suspicious mines. After what happened with another player in your town who got jailed for x-ray, you should have known not to use x-ray. That was a warning to the town and other players.

Because you knew about x-ray, and received plenty of information not to use x-ray, and saw what happens to players who x-ray, your jail appeal will not be overturned. If you still feel like this is a mistake, you can see the screenshots. You can deny it, but LogBlock does not lie.

  4. A mod, moderates. They investigate greifs and sort through the situation. They are not there to fix the greif for you, but to investigate and punish the player(s) responsible.

At the same time, a player needs to answer to a moderator when they are being asked a question. Trying to resolve the issue yourself when there was a ticket to request the help of a moderator, and then not replying to the moderator's questions does not help. The questions serve to evaluate the situation so that the proper action can be taken.

We value the opinions of players, even arguments. However, if there's an issue you feel strongly about enough to argue, don't fight about it on the server, post a topic on the forums. Arguing on the server in front of other players shows that you have no respect for the moderators or the other players who just want to play without having to read all the drama.
