Beyond this grief, I have also found you to be xraying on our server.
You used hacks in order to cheat the server while other players work for their items, and stuff like this seriously damages the economy on the server.
You even used another player to dig up the xrayed ores for you.
Not only is your appeal denied, but your time has also been extended to 6 days total, I hope when your sentence is up, you follow the rules of the server and don't get into any more trouble.
This xray will be counted as strike 2. If you are caught breaking the rules again, it will result in a permanent jailing.

I appreciate the honesty, but at this point, you've been very uncaring about your actions, and have committed three quite extensive griefs and even gloated about one and went out of your way to demean another player, and to simply overturn your punishment at this time would be insulting to the users that you've caused grief to over the past few months.
At this time, your appeal has been denied. You may reappeal in 21 days.
In the meantime, you may continue to visit the server and talk with the community and friends. Let your actions show us why, in 21 days, that we should trust you again on the server.
And while we appreciate the contribution to the server and the purchase of premium, remember in the future, if we do let you out, that it does not give you any precedence over the other members and that you are just as accountable for your actions as they are.

Went around and claimed another persons build and left signs being rude and harassing player.
Strike 3 (Perma Jailed):
After the start of the new server and given another chance, you stole a players enchant table and shelves, as well as broke a well to flood surrounding area.
Is there any reasoning you have as to why we should unjail you at this time?

First of all, I am sorry that items were stolen from you and that no one responded when you raised concerns on the server chat.
You may not have known, but we do have a report system at www.abgn.net/report for situations like that, when you have an issue and there is no one available to answer your question.
But aside from that, that does not give you the power to assume you know who did it and break into a users house with the intention of stealing items back.
A grief is bad enough, but you went in with the intention of stealing from someone else, you should be fortunate the punishment is as lenient as it is.
Griefing is not just stealing items, but anything that causes grief to another player, such as breaking builds that aren't yours, for ANY reason.
Unfortunately, for the stolen items, there's no way to see who accesses a chest, but next time, rather than doing /unlock, do /cmodify (friend's name) if you want to add a friend to have the ability to access a chest.
I'm sorry that you feel bullied, but the staff works very hard to be just and fair, and breaking into another user's house is unfair and had to be dealt with.
Please in the future, when your sentence is up, do not take actions like that into your own hands, and if no mods are around to help, please make a report at www.abgn.net/report
Hope to see on the server soon and hope that after this you will ensure that you don't do anything to receive further punishment.

Usually servers won't tell you what the seed is, don't want you cheating to figure out where diamonds and the good stuff is!
Yeah that is a really good point, it sucks that people are like that, because then when people actually want to play with that seed (Because it really is an awesome seed) it's impossible.

I logged in today to find out that my town, Aperture_Science, had fallen. I was confused because I knew that I had money in my town bank, so I didn't understand why it had fallen. Until I was told that the upkeep per plot had increased from 100 per plot to 200 per plot, I am an active user on the server, and I was unaware that this change was even happening, and I cannot find it being said anywhere on these forums. Is there anyway to reinstate my town, with an empty bank, and I will place money in the bank to include this new change, but I don't want to have to spend another 10,000 plus another 6-8k in plots/outpost due to this change.

Of course, you can't forget ACIII, this series has been great since the inception of it, and this game continues that trend by completely reinventing what we know as the norm of the Assassin Creed games. I love the naval combat that they revealed at the Sony conference, it's such a great addition. The story is sure to be compelling, and the visuals are clearly stunning as always. I can't wait!

This game was one of my favorite moments of E3 this year, I mean, it's rare that companies are able to keep games of this magnitude a secret before E3, and I'm happy they did. When the gameplay came on while I was watching the conference, I was just enthralled by every second of it. It's so different and strange, that it just makes me want me want more and more of it, and I cannot wait for this release of this game (whenever that might be)

While melons are a plant, just like wheat and sugarcane (which are sellable), they are directly consumable unlike the others. No directly digestible foods were added to the sell list, so there was no exception made for melons. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and the betrayal you feel, but unfortunately, the mods do their best to make the decisions and changes that are asked for by the community as a whole (within reason), but this is not something that has been asked for. Also, it would not be feasible or right to shut down the server for an extended period of time, just to add melons to the shop because one player really wants it. Maybe it will be added post-reset, and if not, if you are still with us, you can request it on the forums and hope that others will see it the same way and agree with you and maybe it will be added. But we hope that this reset doesn't cause so much upset that you leave the server and that you will continue to be part of this community, and hopefully post some of your ideas on the forums in the future. Hopefully we can accommodate some of the things you feel are missing in the future.

While there are things that people on the server want to sell, most of us with issues have discussed it with the moderators to understand the reasoning for including/not including certain items, we didn't just create a post and act like we were being punished. I was part of the vote (I've put in close to, if not, the most play time on this server) and discussion, and I've looked at the votes, and all of the people that voted yes were very frequent users who have much to lose (More people that said no were infrequent users). But we understand the need for this reset and know that it is the best thing for this server and community. We are just as innocent, but we have all put in effort to make sure the best decision was made for this server, and this reset is it. I believe we all are sorry that you feel like you're being punished, but all of us are losing an immense amount of time and effort, not just you. We love this game, and we love the community, so we are willing to give it up and rebuild for the good of the server and community. We hope you don't abandon this server, as we enjoy everyone that comes to the server, but this is part of a popular server, almost every major server has done it.

You do realize that only mitigates one screenshot right? There's still 2 other instances that have nothing to do with aulii. So, I have a feeling that nothing will be changed. You were still caught twice.

You were jailed because you dug a swastika into the ground as you can see here
After posting one wrong appeal and posting this one, which by the way, saying you could care less who punished you is quite rude considering you knew Ankcta jailed you. After arguing about how ridiculous it was that you are jailed insisting you didn't do anything wrong, you then proceeded to harass Ankcta to try and answer your appeal when you were told it can take up to 24 hours and that she was busy. I told you she was busy and you took it upon yourself to be rude to me.
Your appeal is officially denied, I would recommend that in the future, you do not harass and be rude to staff.
Your jailing will be over in less than 4 days, as well as the mute. I advise that once this is up, you behave on the server, as this was your second strike. Your next offense will result in an immediate permajail.
