  1. Wait so this is a jail not a ban? and also can i just give back my diamond and redstone and iron and gold and lapis instead?

We rarely ban anymore-- just for extreme situations. But permanently jailed is essentially that. Giving back the ores was the punishment that went along with the warnings the first time members from your town were caught X-Raying. We made those warnings explicit that second offenses would not be treated so lightly, and everyone from your town had enough knowledge of the offense and the what punishment would be for deliberately crossing us again.

  2. What you're experiencing still sounds like lag. Sometime when we're on, call me over if it's happening and I'd like the verify the area you're trying to break blocks in and see if there is anything I can figure out. It really just does sound like client-side lag. Do you get a message when you get kicked? Sometimes the nocheat plugin will get you if you're doing things too fast like falling from a high distance, dropping too many items, etc, so this may be a possibility. Make sure you don't have any mods on your game and I recommend you install Optifine and lower all the settings to help reduce lag. Let me know if it happens to you when you see me on. :)

  3. Delta, I'm sure you have learned your lesson from this. Use your second chance wisely.

Everyone else: Don't post on another player's ban appeal unless you are directly involved in the situation.

  4. You have been here a while-- you know our rules and how we do things. You absolutely knew better and have even less grounds for a second chance based on that.

  5. What you're describing sounds like you're just experiencing lag. The server isn't having any major issues, so it's probably on your side. If you're not in a protected area like Lazt said and having this problem, try resetting your internet.

  6. All of you: spamming me with private messages & repeatedly posting on this thread does nothing for your case. The Senior Agent will address this when he is able to.

  7. To keep things easier, If you haven't already, copy this into the main discussion on this topic where the three of you have posted.. Once everyone has explained, we can address it.

  8. We will only discuss this issue here on this thread. For reference, all three players are permajailed and muted until we sort this out. I have investigated the building and found evidence that Pr0_X_AsSaSsInS lived and built and had a chest there, and have witnessed them all playing together in the past.

Each of you explain your side of the story, but avoid arguing back and forth with each other.

  9. The door has been removed at this location. If you still have chests that need removal, don't post it here. We will accept a report at abgn.net/report if you have coordinates of any chests that need removal.

  10. You have been permanently jailed because we have a three-strike policy regarding griefing. Because you are a repeat offender who particularly likes using lava to kill other players on our non-PVP server, you will not be released at this time. You are welcome to play on our other servers, and if you demonstrate a change in behavior in the next few months, feel free to post another appeal here. Attached are our screenshots of the incident in question.
