There are new pvp arenas available for players. The server itself is still non-pvp except in designated areas, which you have to go through doors and pass rules in order to enter (so there is nothing to worry about).

Just so you are aware, you don't get paid to be a moderator. Is this something you are aware of?

Your first offence was breaking a bed of another player resulted in a 1 hour jail time.
Your second offence was breaking into another players home and griefing in and around the home. Resulted in a 3.5 Hour jail time.
Your third offence was breaking into a players home, stealing blocks and placing water. This was your third strike and resulted in a permajail.

Drop parties have the potential to damage the server economy. Having said that players will occasionally host their own drop parties or games for other players to receive items. We occasionally run the racetrack as well with prizes.

I have reviewed your case, and the reason for your jailing was not to do with your caps but an error on our name. You were mistakenly jailed for a grief another player had done, as your screen names are extremely similar. I will unjail you. However at this time you will not be unmuted, you will have to file another appeal to be unmuted once you have repaired your keyboard. Why cant we just increase the map with 200 blocks each direction? :c
that would give all the bored people a bunch of new space to build on, and let those who like their cities keep them.
We did increase the map, but a lot of players don't like travelling far ): There's cows, sheep, wolves, all sorts of mobs in the farther reaches of the server.
Guys, if people vote for nos, and the map isnt resetting, you guys are still going to lose your work.
If you vote no, you don't lose anything. You're probably thinking about the "Against" section. Against just means the negatives about a reset. If you vote no, the server will just carry on as usual.
Bigger map = bigger lag
From what I understand Main is being combined with LD's server, which means more resources will open up, plus the server has gotten an upgrade so lag should be reduced. So making it bigger won't cause much lag (except for when the new chunks are being rendered). Though that's to an extent, if it keeps getting expanded, eventually it might be too big.
Really, there is no way to get people to stop complaining, but I think that a new map is the wrong way to keep more people happy and content. I'd suggest expanding the map, or maybe adding some plugins that add more 'entertainment' to the game. As far as greifing goes, obviously it is a pain for staff how everytime they login, they are spammed by requests from people that have been greifed, but preventing greifing is close to impossible. Giving people access to a command to allow them to protect their builds is plain 'stupid' (It would obviously be abused to the extent where it would become a larger problem than greifers) but linking in with the plugin suggestion, I think that adding a rank plugin (We already technically have one: Member, Premium, VIP, Abysall, Moderator, Admin, ect) where normal players can gain ranks from special recognision by staff or loyalty to the server, could allow players special permissions.
There will always be people who complain sadly. Currently there is a way to protect your homes, and we always tell people to build away from spawn. However many players do not take advantage of the protection they do have access too, or build in problem areas (Building near spawn is never a good idea on any server). It's not that players need more power, it's that they need to use the power they have responsibly. Be careful who you add to town, adding strangers you don't know opens you up to potential griefers. Use the protection given to you. It's not hard to make money if you put some effort into it.

Just an incentive to make people accept the reset. Also, people who enter the capsule get moved to a new group, the "frozen" or something. Makes a list of people to keep files from and makes them not able to use commands to teleport.
We want people to pick fairly, we don't want to bribe players to pick one over the other. If the server resets, I think it's only fair everyone start on the same level. There's no fun in people having unfair advantages over others. ):

. im for a reset, yeah hours spent wasted on my village and the town i live in, yea months spent waiting for something to be finished built. walk outside spawn, walk outside any server build from lazt's race, to the grand prison... what do u see?? doors? chest? random blocks? old houses?.. on LD map 2 Arcania had a huge spawn protection which was nice, if i brought a friend on or shot a video 90% of peoples render distance really couldnt see the jungle ripped up.Yes our builds will be gone, yes our money will be gone, and yes ur favorite animal in the farm u have as a pet will be gone, but think of it this way.
1. You know what u want to build and u know how its gonna look so build it again... but better
2. money is money im sure we will be able to sell cobble, sand, gravel
3. A whole new spawn of animals.. wolves, cows, pigs, chickens all of em back
and this is the last thing i wanna say and im done.. please if the map restarts dont iron and gold farms...

Original I was for the reset but now Im not sure. I was not happy with some of my builds and I kinda do want another fresh start again with them or other builds, also I had such great fortune to have the server maze built near my town (Thanks Lazt!) and now have a beautiful view of someone's giant wood house right outside my town. Anyway I feel the server could still grow more and player could learn to trust each other better.
Im still on the fence about the reset but hopefully I'll make my choose soon or I wont have to cause one will up by like 10 votes, idk.

You are liable for your account. You should never leave your computer logged in when you're going away from the keyboard. Always be careful with your passwords as well. As you are liable for your account, and there is no way to prove that you or your "friend" caused the damage, your account is liable, and as such must complete the jail time. Your jail time is three hours online time, please be patient and wait out your jail time, and remember after this you will have two strikes left.

So! A few of you know that I'm attempting to blog (Hopefully some more this week). I'm currently trying to learn how to do this best but have little clue what to talk about! Why am I vlogging? To work on my shyness in real life and maybe help me get more comfortable talking to myself so I can make more youtube videos!

To clarify you were told you had three strikes, which means you were sent to jail twice. The first time in October, the second in December. The third strike resulted in the permajail. Griefing is the act of breaking blocks that belong to other players, or placing them in a way to cause a player emotional stress. At this time we will allow you one more chance on the server, should you be caught breaking any rules it will result in a ban, there will be no warnings or second chances.
