We were having trouble with permissions allowing the senior agents and admin to break doors and chests, so that may still be the case. Please list the coordinates of both the door and chests and we can do them when we're able to.

Try "/town delete" and if that doesn't work, screen shot the error message and post here so we can try and figure out what's going on.

If this is currently a member of your town at the time of griefing, and damaged property is within town limits, we will not punish him per our towny rules-- the town mayor will be expected to handle it by either choosing to kick him from the town, warn him, etc.

Oh actually, no-- figured it out. It's where you click. Be sure you click on the stone slab. It doesn't matter if the item is in your hand or if your hand is empty. Just be sure you're aiming for the stone slab right under the floating item!
