    We require your brother to post an appeal for his own Minecraft account, giving his side of things before it can be unjailed. We don't allow anyone to go around the appeals process on any alternate accounts to get out of a jail sentence or "explain to friends." He is right to be mad at you for getting his account in trouble, and he needs to post an appeal here to get back on the server.

    The moderator who jailed your account will be able to respond to you soon, so be patient. You should sort out the issue with your Caps button, or get used to using Shift. There is a reason excessive use of Caps is frowned upon in any situation that involves typing.

    I vote that if we keep spawn, we do a cleaning up in the area near spawn. And by we I mean every player that wants to help.

    That's not quite how it works, because it's hard to tell what's abandoned or not. For that reason any clean up needs to be done by management, and even in areas that appear griefed or abandoned, if a player touches another player's build and it's reported, we must consider that a grief. I understand where you're coming from, but please leave those jobs to staff. :)

    Is this your first time playing in a while? You were permanently jailed in September 2012 for multiple griefs, including setting another player on fire-- not "borrowing" crops. You had the chance to learn your lesson from multiple jail sentences, yet continued to grief other players on the server.

    I've made a replica of the map of the 100 Acre Wood from the Winnie the Pooh books, with all the houses and places from the stories, open for exploring! Do "/town spawn 100AcreWood" to get there. Pictured below: Christopher Robin's house, The Bee Tree (with balloon), Rabbit's House, Pooh's House (he lives under the name "Mr Sanders"), Kanga's House, and the bridge where you can play Poohsticks (bring your own sticks).

    Anyone know of good YouTube channels that do play throughs of good new games as they come out (things like Far Cry 3, Assassins Creed 3, Batman Arkham City) that are fun to watch-- commentary interesting/funny/smart & not annoying?

That "statistic" they cited about people who play video games not being able to tell what's real is a common pseudo-scientific argument.     While another mod and I were investigating two of your mines in which we found evidence of use of an XRay mod-- something that is punishable by asking that you remove the mod and confiscating your ores-- you started ranting in chat in German with incredibly hateful speech about a couple different religious groups, about me, and about the server, which I think is strange because not 5 minutes before, I TPed to you to respond to your complaint that someone was bothering you, which you thanked me for at the time.

    We have already confiscated the ores in your chest. Since you have advertised that you have a shop and sell diamonds in particular, we will also take any money that is in your personal and town accounts if we allow you to continue to play on the server. However, your speech in chat is unacceptable, and after you had been jailed, another player on the server who hadn't reported you, mentioned anecdotally on the forum that you were very rude to her in chat and "ruined [her] day."

    What explanation do you have for your unjustified disrespect for players, staff, and the server, and why do you believe you are in any way an asset to us who should continue playing here?
